Officer Frank Sloup is a deputy with Pinal County Sherriff's Department who is recently known best because of his "Friday's with Frank" series! I have sat and watched hours of his video's and find him to not only have a great sense of humor but extremely educational. I recommend this series for all new drivers as well as seasoned drivers! I learned some things that I wasn't aware of prior to watching his videos.
